Urgent Market Messages (UMMs) contain planned and unplanned non-usabilities for power generating, consumption and storage units of any size, including their history of the last 5 years. Limitations of at least 1 MW lasting for 15 minutes or more can be reported.

All messages are published immediately (in UTC time format) and can be updated on an on-going basis.
