Urgent Market Messages (UMMs) contain planned and unplanned non-usabilities for power generating, consumption and storage units of any size, including their history of the last 5 years. Limitations of at least 10 MW lasting for 15 minutes or more can be reported.

All messages are published immediately (in UTC time format) and can be updated on an on-going basis.
