MVV Trading GmbH to begin disclosing inside information

MVV Trading GmbH is technically connected to the EEX Transparency Platform and will disclose any inside information in accordance with article 4 paragraph 1 of REMIT in respect of the business through the platform’s Ad-hoc Ticker. In addition, MVV Trading is implementing the assessment made by the Agency of European Energy Regulators (ACER), which sees the activation of balancing energy calls by transmission system operators as potential inside information within the meaning of the REMIT requirements for wholesale energy trading.
